At Smoke & Meat BBQ, we strive to serve the best Central Texas style BBQ we can. That's why we craft everything with great care and attention to detail, and all of our rubs, sauces and sides are made in-house. The only thing we don't make is the sliced Genova milk bread (and a few desserts courtesy of Michael's Heavenly Sweets). We slow-s

At Smoke & Meat BBQ, we strive to serve the best Central Texas style BBQ we can. That's why we craft everything with great care and attention to detail, and all of our rubs, sauces and sides are made in-house. The only thing we don't make is the sliced Genova milk bread (and a few desserts courtesy of Michael's Heavenly Sweets). We slow-smoke everything using local oak, which gives our meats their signature flavor and tenderness.

Smoke & Meat BBQ is proud to be a part of this vibrant community, planting our roots in a 100-year-old meat market in the oldest commercial neighborhood in Stockton. 


We primarily offer sliced-to-order BBQ as plates or by the pound Thursday - Sunday from 11:00am until we sell out. We do not offer online ordering or delivery.

We also use the original meat case from Yosemite Meat Market, but now we will sell chilled, vacuum-bagged BBQ to take home and reheat for whenever you like. You may occasionally find raw meats for purchase.  Please feel free to call ahead to inquire about our daily offerings, and for specialty meat products.
