The only thing we don't make is the sliced Genova milk bread (and a few desserts courtesy of Michael's Heavenly Sweets). We slow-smoke everything using local oak, which gives our meats their signature flavor and tenderness.

We primarily offer sliced-to-order BBQ as plates or by the pound Thursday - Sunday from 11:00am until we sell out. We do not offer online ordering or delivery.

We also use the original meat case from Yosemite Meat Market, but now we will sell chilled, vacuum-bagged BBQ to take home and reheat for whenever you like. You may occasionally find raw meats for purchase. Please feel free to call ahead to inquire about our daily offerings, and for specialty meat products.
